Job Summary

We are introducing the role of
Franchise Development Manager
for the first time at This is a strategic opportunity for an ambitious professional to build our franchise model from the ground up, driving growth, partnerships, and nationwide expansion.

The ideal candidate will have experience in
franchise sales, business development, and partner management
, and the ability to translate ideas into scalable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    launch and development
    of ReviewAdda's franchise program across India
  • Identify, approach, and onboard franchise partners aligned with our brand values and business goals
  • Develop strategic market entry and expansion plans for different regions
  • Provide expert consultation to new and existing franchisees on setup, operations, and profitability
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships to ensure partner success and brand consistency
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, counselling, and operations) to create a seamless partner experience
  • Track performance, optimize franchise processes, and ensure adherence to company standards
  • Contribute innovative ideas to shape the overall franchise growth strategy

Candidates Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing, Business, or Sales preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in
    Franchise Sales / Channel Development / Business Expansion
    (experience in EdTech, or service-based sectors preferred)
  • Proven success in setting up or scaling franchise or partner networks
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel as required for business development
