About Cloud Dhobi:

Cloud Dhobi is a fast-growing laundry and dry-cleaning startup, building a strong presence through technology-driven and process-led operations. We're now expanding through franchise models and looking for a Franchise Manager with a strong background in the laundry & dry-cleaning industry to drive our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new franchise partners across cities
  • Explain the business model, investment, and operational setup
  • Oversee franchise store setup, training, and launch coordination
  • Monitor franchise operations, quality, and compliance with brand SOPs
  • Support franchisees in achieving operational and financial targets
  • Bridge communication between franchise partners and internal teams

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in the laundry & dry-cleaning industry (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in franchise development, operations, or business setup preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel for franchise visits and audits
