Experience: Prior experience in selling franchises is highly desired

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new franchise partners in the NCR.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchisees.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective partners.
  • Provide support and guidance to franchisees during the onboarding process.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.

Requirements:

  • Local male candidates only.
  • Strong experience in franchise sales or similar business development roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented personality.
