Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to promote our brand, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our website.
- Create engaging and original content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Manage all social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, including algorithm changes, new features, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and industry professionals to amplify our brand reach and drive partnerships.
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategy adjustments.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.
- Oversee the social media content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaigns and growth.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Experience managing social media advertising campaigns is a plus.
- Passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in social media marketing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
