We are hiring for - "Event Coordinator" and "Social Media Handling"

**Event Coordinator Responsibilities**

1. Planning and Organization

Identify the purpose and target audience of the event.

Create a timeline and checklist for tasks.

Arrange logistics: venue, materials, transportation, and food if needed.

2. Budget Management

Allocate funds wisely and track expenses.

Look for cost-effective vendors or sponsorship opportunities.

3. Collaboration

Work closely with teachers, students, and administration.

Assign responsibilities to committees or volunteers.

4. Execution

Ensure everything runs on time.

Have backup plans for unforeseen issues.

5. Evaluation

Collect feedback from attendees.

Analyse what worked and what didn’t for future improvements.

**Social Media Handling Responsibilities**

1. Content Creation

Develop engaging posts for announcements, achievements, and events.

Use photos, videos, and graphics to make content visually appealing.

Highlight student activities, awards, and behind-the-scenes moments.

2. Platform Management

Maintain consistency across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Post regularly and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.

3. Promotion of Events

Create event teasers, countdowns, and post-event highlights.

Use hashtags and collaborate with students for wider reach.

4. Engaging Content Ideas

Run polls, contests, or challenges to increase interaction.

Feature student stories, projects, or talent.

5. Analytics and Improvement

Track post performance (likes, shares, engagement).

Use insights to understand what type of content resonates most.
