**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design**
- Design and develop marketing materials such as brochures, banners, product packaging, labels, and other promotional content.
- Collaborate with the prepress and production teams to ensure design accuracy and print quality.
- Maintain consistency in branding and visual communication across all materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques.

**Social Media Management**
- Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements for better performance.
- Run social media campaigns and coordinate with internal teams for product launches or events.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and social media management (preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or packaging industry).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW).
- Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar).
- Understanding of social media analytics and content scheduling tools.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
