**Job Title**:Social Media Executive

**Location**: Gurgaon (On-Site)

**Reports to**: Digital Content Head

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Curation**:Develop and edit original, engaging, and innovative content (text, images, videos, etc.) tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.).
- **Social Media Management**: Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling posts, monitoring channels, and engaging with the audience.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**: Work closely with video producers, graphic designers, and writers to create compelling and relevant social content aligned with TV and digital programming.
- **Trend Analysis & Strategy**:Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices. Use insights to help shape the overall social media strategy.
- **Community Engagement**: Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, and messages, and monitoring discussions about GOODTiMES.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:Track performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, traffic), analyze results, and report insights to refine the social media approach.
- **Brand Voice & Consistency**: Ensure consistency in the brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
- **Paid Social Media Campaigns**:Assist in planning and executing paid social media ads to enhance visibility, promote shows, and drive audience growth across platforms.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns to promote TV shows, events, and collaborations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in lifestyle, entertainment, or media sectors.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X).
- Proficient in social media analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Experience in video editing, copywriting, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for lifestyle content - food, weddings, fashion, travel, tech, wellness, and entertainment.
