**Summary: The roles you to train Sales Managers across India both on field and online.**

Sales Training Program Development & Delivery:

- Develop, implement, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs that focus on the unique needs of franchise sales teams.
- Provide training on key franchise-related concepts, processes, and legal considerations to ensure franchise sales representatives understand the franchise model thoroughly.
- Design and conduct both in-person and online training sessions, including modules on lead generation, prospecting, relationship building, sales presentation, closing techniques, and post-sale franchisee support.

Shadow sales representatives during client calls, meetings, and presentations to offer coaching and real-time feedback.
- Conduct role-playing exercises and mock sales calls to simulate real-life franchise sales interactions.
- Ensure that team members are following best practices for franchise sales, from initial prospecting to franchisee onboarding.

3. Franchise Sales Process Mastery:

- Train the sales team on the entire franchise sales lifecycle, including lead qualifi cation, discovery calls, managing expectations, franchise offering presentations, closing, and post-sale support.
- Ensure all sales reps have a strong understanding of the franchise model, franchisee expectations, and how to present the opportunity effectively.

4. Ongoing Coaching & Development:

- Provide continuous coaching and performance feedback to franchise sales representatives to improve their skills, overcome challenges, and drive sales success.
- Conduct sales performance reviews and identify skill gaps to personalize training and development plans.
- Offer motivational support to the sales team, fostering a growth-oriented and high-performance sales culture.

5. Collaboration with Leadership:

- Work closely with franchise sales leadership to align training programs with company sales strategies, goals, and market trends.
- Provide input into the sales strategy by identifying training needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and franchise operations teams to ensure alignment in messaging and the effective transfer of information.

6. Franchise Recruitment & Growth:
Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
