**Hiring Immediate joiners for Sales Trainer position**

**Trainer Position : Roles and Responsibilities**
**Timings : 9-6 pm.( 5+Alternate Saturday off)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.**:

- **Analyze daily needs for training in sales teams.**:

- **Coach and train sales representatives on Opening, closing, objection handling techniques.**:

- **Prepare new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales processes, develop individual coaching plans, and provide resources and assistance.**:

- **Develop and execute training programs and materials required within time and on a budget (physical and online).**:

- **Coordinate Individuals and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.**:

- **Monitor Sales objectives and results**:

- **Collect feedback from trainees and managers to improve training programs**:

- **Align training needs with Sales objectives and results**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales Trainer: 1 year (preferred)
