**INTERVIEW PROCEDURE**: 3 Rounds 1ST ROUND TELEPHONIC WITH HR - 2ND ROUND GMEET (WITH MANAGERS & OTHER PANELISTS, ROUND 3rd, Face to face INTERVIEW.

Consultative Selling experience in high-value product/service Edtech/Financial
Services/Any B2B domain/
- Should be able to reflect active listening skill
- Should be a very fluent communicator
- Should be able to empathize with the learner and reflect non-judgemental
approach

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess clients’ career goals and challenges.
- Develop tailored career plans and action steps for clients.
- Provide guidance on resume writing, cover letters, and interview preparation.
- Facilitate workshops on job search strategies, networking, and personal branding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and employment resources.
- Collaborate with educational institutions, organizations, and employers to enhance job placement opportunities.
- Track client progress and provide feedback to help them stay motivated and accountable.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
