Our mission is to create a new digital-first learning experience to deliver tangible career impact to individuals at scale. **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**: Coach learners using online platforms/phone calls as per the schedule based on scheduled sessions - Help Prospective learners get clarity about their career path using powerful career coaching techniques and tools - Counsell potential learners on program related queries - Speak to potential Learners( collaborate with the sales team) and help solve their career-related doubts to drive the enrolment of new learners - Collaborate with the Admission counseling team to help follow up with Prospective learners to drive enrolment - This role would involve Enrollment targets which the coach has to achieve in collaboration with the admissions counselors.
