**We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive for our company who is a leader in the Fintech Industry.**
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Build solid prospective leads that exceed the sales goals of the organization.**
**- Identification of prospective customer needs and goals and suggesting an effective course of action regarding the same.**
**- Following-up with the prospects for collecting feedback and more sales conversions.**
**- Ensuring the sales pipeline is full of qualified leads and prospects.**
**- Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process.**
**- Research and discover various methods to increase consumer engagement.**
**- Coordinate with other departments like marketing and product development to ensure smooth**
**implementation.**
**SKILLS REQUIRED**:
- Excellent communication skills with expert-level fluency in English.**
**- Problem solver with an experience in inside (tele) sales and consultative selling.**
**- Strong ability to take initiative and responsibility for their work.**
**- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process**
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
