Inside Sales Executive Location: Bengaluru Work Days: Tuesday to Saturday Work Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PMCollegePass is a global college admissions platform helping students secure admission to top U.S. and international universities. We provide one-on-one guidance, profile development, and application strategy through our expert advising team. Our Inside Sales Executives play a critical role in connecting prospective students and parents to our expert advisors. Role Overview The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with leads who have registered for our online or in-person events. The goal is to qualify these leads, understand their needs, and schedule meetings with Sales Directors who will close the deals. This role demands excellent communication skills, persistence, and a consultative approach to converting interested leads into qualified prospects. Key Responsibilities Call and engage leads who have signed up through CollegePass events, webinars, and digital campaigns. Understand the prospect’s background, academic interests, and goals to qualify their readiness for advising services. Schedule one-on-one consultation meetings with Sales Directors. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM (Pipedrive or equivalent). Follow up with unresponsive leads and re-engage cold leads when necessary. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead flow and communication. Achieve daily and weekly targets for qualified meetings booked and conversion metrics. Represent CollegePass professionally and ensure high-quality customer experience throughout all interactions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer engagement (preferably in education, edtech, or services industry). Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal, listening, and objection-handling skills. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic Google Workspace tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. High energy, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Compensation & Growth Competitive base salary with performance-linked incentives.
