**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Purchase and Internal Coordination Executive** to support our procurement and production activities. This role involves managing vendor relations, sourcing electronic components, ensuring timely procurement, and acting as a key liaison between internal departments such as R&D, production, and quality.

**Key Responsibilities: Purchasing**:

- Identify and source electronic components, connectors, sensors, and other related materials.
- Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize procurement contracts.
- Maintain and update purchase records, supplier databases, and price lists.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to manage stock efficiently.

**Internal Coordination**:

- Collaborate with design/R&D teams to understand component specifications and ensure sourcing accuracy.
- Work closely with production planning teams to ensure materials are available as per the production schedule.
- Assist in resolving any supply chain disruptions or delays.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding procurement status, supplier performance, and critical issues.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Good understanding of electronic components and basic electrical specifications.
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with international suppliers (for import of electronic parts).
- Exposure to ISO standards and documentation processes.
- Knowledge of customs clearance and logistics (for import/export businesses).
