**Leap_of_Faith_Technologies looking for #fresher or #6-months experience in Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Gives sales presentation to client/prospect if required;
- Preparing Sales Documents: Quotation, Proposal, Invoice & etc;
- Assist in marketing activities by attending seminar, exhibitions, trade show, conference and other relevant marketing events;
- Build strong customer relationship through excellent customer services;
- Inform existing or new client/prospect about our exciting promotion from time to time;
- Make sure customer need is being handled accordingly;
- Maintaining clients’ confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential;
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
- Build rapport with clients to ensure business sustainability and customer’s satisfaction level is high;
- Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities;
- Help in expand company prospect.

**Requirements**:

- A great communicator, good writing skills, computer literate, detail-oriented as well as pleasant looking when meeting customers;
- Committed to self enhancement, result and goal oriented;
- Initiative, energetic and willing to perform out of ordinary working hours;
- Excellent command in English, Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline or higher;
- Possess excellent presentation, communications & interpersonal skill;
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets;
- Desire to build a career in sales and marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali - 160055, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
