
Customer Service Assistant

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team. This role is crucial for maximizing sales conversions and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Abandoned Cart Recovery: Proactively reach out to customers who have abandoned their checkouts on our website. Your goal will be to understand their reasons for not completing the purchase and guide them towards conversion. This may involve offering assistance, resolving technical issues, or providing relevant information about products or promotions.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Contact and qualify leads from provided lists, nurturing them through the sales funnel. This involves effectively communicating the value of our products/services and converting leads into successful orders.
Required Skills & Experience:
Exceptional Communication Skills: You must possess clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and leads.
Strong Customer Service Acumen: A proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service, demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
Sales-Oriented Mindset: While focused on service, you should have a natural inclination towards identifying sales opportunities and converting interest into purchases.
Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using e-commerce platforms, CRM software, and communication tools.
Compensation:
The annual salary package for this position ranges from ₹2,40,000 to ₹3,00,000, depending on experience and qualifications
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
