
Customer Service Executive and Admin

Key Responsibilities:
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide accurate and detailed product and service information to customers.
Maintain and update customer records with accurate information and details of interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues and concerns.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to enhance service quality.
Stay updated on service knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Monitor and report on customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
