**Urgent Hiring**
A business development executive (BDE) who works as an Upwork bidder may have the following responsibilities:
- Online bidding: Bid on Upwork and other online freelancing portals to get projects
- Client interaction: Interact with clients and handle them independently
- Proposal writing: Write proposals for projects
- Client communication: Communicate with clients
- Social networking: Use social networking sites like Facebook and LinkedIn to generate business
- Network development: Develop a network to generate new business growth
- New client acquisition: Acquire new clients
- Client retention: Retain existing clients
- Industry intelligence: Gather and analyze industry, customer, and competitor intelligence
- New business development plan: Assist in developing and implementing the company's new business development plan
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities
A BDE who works as an Upwork bidder should have experience working on Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and Lead Generation. They should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable interacting with clients..
