**About the Role**

We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Upwork Bidder with at least 1 year of experience in bidding on Upwork. The primary responsibility will be to generate quality leads and win projects through effective proposal writing and client communication.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify suitable projects on Upwork and different platforms, customized bids.
- Write professional and persuasive proposals to attract clients.
- Generate **positive leads** and convert them into awarded projects.
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and build long-term relationships.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after winning bids.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and project acquisition.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in bidding on **Upwork**.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to create client-focused proposals (not copy-paste).
- Understanding of IT services such as **Web Development, Mobile Apps, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing**.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

**Location**: Science City, Ahmedabad, Full time (On-site)
