Job Title: Online Bidder

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 2 years +

Department: Business Development / Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, create, and manage bids on online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others.
- Analyze client requirements and prepare comprehensive bid documents including proposals, quotations, and technical specifications.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand project scope, technical feasibility, and time estimates.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and follow up with clients to close deals.
- Maintain a database of bids, track bid status, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in online bidding and business development in the IT services industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of bidding processes and online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing services.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,181.60 per month
