Job Responsibilities:

- Identifying opportunities: Research and identify potential projects, clients, and bidding opportunities through online platforms such as freelancing websites, job boards, and social media.
- Proposal preparation: Create compelling and customized project proposals, clearly outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing based on client requirements.
- Bidding process: Submit bids and proposals on relevant platforms, ensuring adherence to platform guidelines and terms.
- Generate business via portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH and Freelance.
- Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and interact with clients Should have knowledge of Web Development Company or Digital Marketing company. Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and acquisition.
- Knowledge of bidding portals (Odesk, freelance, Web Guru, freelancer etc)
- Getting projects / Making new clients for the company.
- Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing
- Negotiation and closing deals: Negotiate project terms, timelines, and pricing with clients to secure projects. Close deals and obtain signed contracts or work agreements.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication, providing updates on project progress, and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Market research and competitive analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to refine bidding strategies and positioning.
- Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of bidding activities, client communications, and project details. Prepare reports and updates for management as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Coordinate with project managers, designers, developers, or other teams as necessary to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions

Skills Required:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, Flair for business development.
- Sound knowledge of IT terminologies

Qualification: Graduate with IT Background or relevant experience ( BE/BTECH, BSC (IT), BCA )

Required experience: Online Bidding:1-2Years

Proven experience as an online bidder or freelance business development executive.

Strong understanding of online bidding platforms, freelancing websites, and project acquisition processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to create persuasive proposals and bids that effectively communicate value propositions and differentiate from competitors.

Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure projects.

Proficient in using online bidding platforms, project management tools, and communication tools.

The result-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and deliver high-quality projects.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with specific industries, domains, or technologies may be required based on the type of projects being pursued.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
