**Salary**: Up to ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and Fiverr.
- Write tailored, clear, and compelling project proposals based on client requirements.
- Maintain follow-ups on active leads and convert them into successful deals.
- Collaborate with the technical and design teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.
- Maintain records of bidding activity and regularly report to management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in online bidding or business development in an IT or digital service company.
- Strong understanding of bidding portals and how to build a strong profile.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet monthly targets and deadlines.

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of digital services like web development, app development, design, or SEO.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
