**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
- Generating leads and converting them into business opportunities
- Writing customized proposals and covering letters based on client requirements
- Coordinating with the technical team to understand project scope and timelines
- Following up with clients to close deals and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintaining regular communication with clients
- Keeping track of bidding activity and maintaining records

**Key Requirements**:
6 months to 1 year of experience as an Online Bidder in the IT services domain
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Understanding of web development, mobile apps, and other IT services
Familiarity with bidding portals and proposal drafting
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Should be based in or willing to work from Kolkata (Sector 5, Webel More)
