**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in bidding on Upwork and bringing up the projects for the company.
- Seamless communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Must be proficient in writing proposals, and client follow-ups. Ability to communicate with IT team and clients for client acquisition.
- Should possess good interpersonal skills for account handling and relationship building.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Responsible for online bidding on various portals like Upwork.
- Should be comfortable handling International clients.
- He/ she is involved in communicating with clients and achieving targets.
- Creating business proposals and involved in client interaction, negotiation, follow-ups, and also coordinating with the technical team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
