We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Online Bidder Intern** to join our dynamic team. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in online bidding, sales, and client acquisition. As an Online Bidder, you will play a crucial role in securing projects and contributing to the growth of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Identify and Bid on Projects**: Search for relevant projects on platforms like **Upwork, Freelancer, Guru**, and etc. Submit bids according to company guidelines.

**Proposal Writing**: Create and send well-crafted proposals to potential clients that effectively showcase our services and capabilities.

**Follow-Up**: Keep track of bid status and follow up with potential clients to convert bids into successful projects.

**Market Research**:Stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to enhance bidding strategy.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the Business Development team to align bidding strategies with company goals.

**Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of the online bidding process and platforms.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Attitude: Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.**
