**Job Title**: Online Bidder / Business Development Executive

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others.
- Prepare proposals and communicate with clients to understand their requirements.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of projects by establishing strong relationships with potential clients.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand the project scope and ensure successful project delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and work on negotiations to close deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to spot new business opportunities.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Online Bidder in the IT/Software industry.
- Familiarity with online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation skills and an ability to close deals.
- Ability to understand technical project requirements and communicate them to clients.
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving results.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of IT services such as software development, web solutions, and mobile app development.
- Prior experience with CRM tools and lead generation software.
- Understanding of the project management lifecycle.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
