**3 Months Training (Stipend) + Minimum 2 Years of job (Salary)**

We are looking for fresher bidder and business development executive, who can **generate the leads in Software development.** We are seeking a highly motivated individual for an Online Bidder and business development profile who must ready to learn and grow in generating leads & analyzing client requirements.

3 Months of training position with stipend as renumeration. After 3 months selected as business development executive evaluating performance in training phase. Must be ready to join for long term. Minimum 2 years of contract.

**Required Skills**:

- **Fluent English speaking, writing and listening skill.**:

- **Fresher **in Bidding and client communication on **Freelancer, Upwork, Guru.**:

- Generating business through referrals, social media platforms like **linkedin, facebook, twitter etc.**:

- Able to communicate foreign and domestic client.
- Generate new clients for company.
- Write custom Proposals/Costing/ prepare project schedules.
- Finding and adding new accounts to the company.
- Interact with clients via Call to understand their technical requirements.
- Building competitive portfolios on portals to generate leads.
- Quality project selection and bidding.
- Self-motivated and thinker.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
