**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with client and company goals
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, on-brand content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators to deliver engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and more.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.
- Build and nurture active communities for brands by responding to comments, managing DMs, and driving conversations.
- Spot emerging trends and leverage them for campaigns.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand presence.
- Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and storytelling across all platforms for clients and the Amaytics brand.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience managing and scaling social media accounts for brands or agencies.
- A well-maintained personal social media profile that reflects creativity, engagement, and expertise.
- Expertise in content ideation, storytelling, and brand positioning.
- Knowledge of the latest trends, tools, and algorithms for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, and social media analytics dashboards. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with a results-driven approach.
