
Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Position Summary:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support to TA specialists by posting open position to approved job boards and internet sites.
- Use proven recruitment techniques to assist in sourcing/recruitment campaigns.
- Perform data entry tasks in ATS and HRIS where applicable.
- Coordinate all college/university recruitment efforts up to and including representing MRI at events.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition/ HR Coordinator or a Junior Project Coordinator role
- Excellent communication, presentation, time management, organizational, decision making, and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Desire to learn and advance in a fast paced environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours and travel as needed.
