**JD: Talent Acquisition Coordinator**
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, managing calendars for hiring managers and interview panels
- Support pre-employment processes, including reference checks
**Recruitment Process Support**:
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition (TA) and hiring managers to facilitate an efficient and well-organized hiring process.
- Assist in the tracking and reporting of key recruitment metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement
**Stakeholder Engagement & Communication**:
- Liaise with hiring managers, TA, PPC, and external vendors to coordinate recruitment efforts
- Provide timely updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and scheduling logistics
**Compliance & Documentation**:
- Ensure adherence to company hiring policies, data privacy regulations, and recruitment best practices
- Manage recruitment-related documentation, including contracts, compliance checks, and onboarding materials
- Maintain organised recruitment records to support audit and reporting requirements
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resource coordination, HR administration, or recruitment support within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment compliance is a plus
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
