AECOM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

+ Perform routine tasks in compliance with internal control, policies, and procedures

Minimum Requirements

+ Related experience on administrative Talent Acquisition/Recruitment processes in an outsourcing or shared services business model through internship is preferred

+ Familiarity with talent acquisition standards and procedures is preferred

+ Previous experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems such as (but not limited) to Kenexa Brassring

+ Experience of collating and putting together recruitment research mapping data

+ Basic knowledge in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,)

Preferred Qualifications

+ Familiarity with talent acquisition standards and procedures is preferred
