**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Track customer feedback, preferences, and complaints to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to develop customer engagement strategies.
- Oversee customer retention programs, loyalty initiatives, and personalized offers.
- Maintain and update CRM software with customer information and service history.
- Analyze customer data and trends to anticipate needs and offer proactive solutions.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by assisting with after-sales services, returns, and repairs.
- Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty metrics.
- Ensure the company’s policies and values are consistently represented in customer interactions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the jewelry or luxury industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of jewelry products and services is a plus.
- High level of professionalism, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or CRM, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
