**Key Responsibilities**:

- To Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions

and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- To Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by

testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- To Update our internal databases with information about

technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- To Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out

to provide assistance
- To Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team

members
- To Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues

are resolved
- To Gather customer feedback and share the same with our

Product, Sales and Marketing team.

**KEY SKILL SET**:

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manages time effectively.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

**Qualification**:Any degree.

**Experience**: Minimum 2 year of experience as a customer support executive.
**Gender**: Male.
**Job Location**: Coimbatore

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
