**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain sales reports, trackers, and dashboards in Excel.
- Assist the sales team with documentation and backend operations.
- Ensure timely updates of data and records related to sales activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand reporting needs and provide accurate reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of sales data and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Support in preparing presentations or MIS reports as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in backend support / sales support roles preferred.
- **Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel** (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis).
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work under deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.
