**About the Role**

Genius Olympiads is looking for enthusiastic and driven **Sales & Support Executives** to help us expand our reach across schools in India. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about education, communication, and relationship building.

In this role, you will promote our national-level Olympiad exams to schools, speak with principals and academic coordinators over phone or WhatsApp, and assist in driving student registrations. You will also provide ongoing support to schools and parents throughout the registration and exam cycle.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Explain exam benefits and encourage schools to share registration details with parents
- Maintain daily logs of outreach and follow-ups in Google Sheets or CRM tools
- Handle basic support queries from parents or schools via WhatsApp or phone
- Assist in resolving registration or payment-related issues promptly
- Coordinate with the central team to escalate complex queries
- Meet daily/weekly outreach targets and student registration goals

**Who Should Apply**
- Freshers with good communication skills in English
- Confident speakers comfortable with cold calling and explaining over the phone
- Basic familiarity with Google Sheets, CRM, etc.
- Self-driven, punctual, and target-oriented
- Passion for education and willingness to learn

**Nice to Have (Optional)**
- Prior experience in sales, customer support, or edtech internships
- Familiarity with tools like WhatsApp Business, Google Docs, or CRM platforms
- Ability to manage and respond to support tickets or common parent queries
