**Job Type**: Full-Time

Salary - 20 to 25 K monthly

Department: Sales & Business Development

Experience Required: 0-1 Year (Fresher)

Education: MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for products/services.
- Identify and qualify potential leads and support the sales pipeline.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with prospects and customers.
- Manage and track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot.
- Maintain and analyze sales data using Google Sheets and CRM dashboards.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations using Google Slides.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on sales goals.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation using Google Docs and CRM systems.

**Requirements**:

- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related specialization.
- Proficiency in Google & Microsoft Workspace
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot,
- Good understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of go-to-market (GTM) strategies and market positioning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
