**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and ROI to potential customers in a simple and convincing manner.

Prepare and present quotations, handle negotiations, and close deals.
- Follow up with clients for documentation, payments, and installation coordination.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report daily/weekly progress to the sales manager.
- Stay updated on solar policies, subsidy schemes, and competitor offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in direct sales (solar or related field preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion ability.
- Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork.
- Basic knowledge of solar products and systems is a plus.
- Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
