**RS SolarCAD Group is growing - and so is our team** We’re seeking a **highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive** to help us expand our reach across the U.S. and Canadian markets. If you’re skilled at building strong client relationships and closing deals—and you know your way around **CRM tools like HubSpot and Zoho CRM**—we want to talk to you.

**Must-Have Requirements**:

- Proven experience working with **U.S. and Canadian clients**:

- **Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and HubSpot** (no exceptions)
- Strong background in **B2B sales**, especially in the **solar, engineering, or AEC industry**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with a passion for clean energy and technology

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive new business opportunities for **solar design & engineering services**:

- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Generate and convert high-quality leads
- Use HubSpot/Zoho CRM to track sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction

**Work Location**:

- Remote/On-site (as applicable)
- Must be flexible to work with **North American time zones**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- US shift
