**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Solar Panels Sales and Switch Gear Executive** to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building lasting customer relationships in the solar energy sector. Your role will focus on helping clients make the switch to clean, renewable energy while achieving your individual and team sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for solar panel systems.
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to evaluate customer needs and propose tailored solar solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door sales, events, networking, or digital channels.
- Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and financing options.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, installation, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales; solar or renewable energy experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear, simple way.
- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in solar energy, real estate, or home improvement sales.
- Understanding of solar panel systems, net metering, and local energy incentives.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
