Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Excel, documentation, and report preparation. This is a backend role that requires excellent attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to support the sales team with accurate and timely reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, trackers, and dashboards in Excel.
  • Assist the sales team with documentation and backend operations.
  • Ensure timely updates of data and records related to sales activities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to understand reporting needs and provide accurate reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sales data and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Support in preparing presentations or MIS reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in backend support / sales support roles preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis).
  • Good documentation and reporting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work under deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.
