**Sales Support Executive (Remote)**:

**Individual responsibilities**:

- Act as a mediator between the Sales team and the property management groups for booking the properties on behalf of the customer.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the organisation's products, services, and customer service policies.
- Acquiring proofs/closure regarding the student's booking.
- Participate in training opportunities provided by the organisation.
- Processing the bookings with our partner properties through their official portals.
- Be responsible for closing all tickets within the assigned timeline.
- Maintain necessary SLAs for the smooth functioning of the department.

**Skills required**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Active Listening skills
- Good time management and planning skills
- Objection handling & Decision Making skills
- Good PC skills, especially with MS Excel, Data Entry & Typing

**Qualifications**:

- Education level - Graduate,
- A minimum of 60% is required in academics
- Experience: 0-2 yrs
