**Role Overview**
We are hiring dynamic and motivated **Sales Executives** to drive sales and promote our grain processing solutions across various regions. This is a field-based role, ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy traveling, and are eager to work with a high-performance team.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and approach potential clients in assigned territories.
- Promote and sell the company’s machinery and processing systems.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide post-sales support and coordinate with technical teams.
- Report daily activity, leads, and client feedback to the sales manager.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
**Requirements**:
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline (technical background is a plus).
- Proven experience in field sales or B2B sales preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
