Role : Operations Executive ( CRM )

JD- Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Management:

- Maintain and manage the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate with sales member for the admission and follow up.
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and trends.
- Sales Process Optimization:

- Develop, refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and propose solutions.
- Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales team goals and target audience.
- Collaborate with product development to relay customer feedback and inform product improvements.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Assist in developing strategies for customer engagement, retention,
- Support the sales team in managing key accounts and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in sales operations, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of educational products and trends is a plus.
