**Position - **CRM Executive

**Location - **Mahape HO (Navi Mumbai)
- Answering customer queries and dealing with complaints.
- Dealing with internal sales team members as clients
- Testing any new module or feature implemented
- Coming up with creative ideas, overseeing the development process and execution & reporting the results to the relevant people.
- Sales Support includes:

- Daily support to sales persons,
- Training as and when needed
- CRM master data management
- Tracking and managing status of deliverables under development
- Escalating issues for quick resolution.
