**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct sales visits to existing and potential customers to build strong relationships and drive sales.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet customer requirements and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and build a client portfolio.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Gather feedback from customers to inform product and service improvements.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
- Open to travel in different states (Northeast India)

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in specific industry relevant to the company’s products.
- Knowledge of the local market and client base.
