Job Title: Field Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The Field Sales Manager at Vivre Panels is responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence by pitching our structural plywood, veneers, and surface decoration materials, with a focus on wall panels for interior design and architecture. This role involves pitching products to channel partners and requires a minimum of 3 weeks of travel for sales purposes.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies, focusing on wall panels for interior design and architecture.

Pitch and sell Vivre Panels' products to channel partners such as retailers, distributors, and contractors.

Build strong relationships with channel partners and negotiate agreements and contracts.

Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets and providing guidance.

Spend a minimum of 3 weeks per month traveling to visit channel partners, attend trade shows, and engage with customers.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the building materials or interior design industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Willingness to travel extensively for sales purposes.

Proficiency in CRM software and valid driver's license.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
