**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all sales activities for our company. This includes engaging with customers, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring sales quotas and targets are met. The Sales Coordinator will also be involved in managing and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of sales processes.

**Qualifications**
- Sales Coordination, Sales, and Sales Operations skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage and maintain customer relationships
- Experience in managing sales operations and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field
- Relevant work experience in the retail industry is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
