**Role Overview**: As a B2B Sales Executive at [Company Name], you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective client management, field sales, and service-based selling. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, managing relationships, and delivering tailored marketing and advertising solutions that meet client needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Handling**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and marketing objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to review performance and identify opportunities for additional services.
- **Field Sales**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to present our marketing and advertising solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits and value of our services.
- **Service-Based Selling**:

- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our marketing and advertising services, including digital marketing, social media campaigns, and creative solutions.
- Customize service offerings to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring a tailored approach to service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and creative departments, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and projects.
- **Sales Strategy and Reporting**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Gather feedback from clients and prospects to refine service offerings and improve overall sales effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the marketing and advertising industry.
- Strong client management skills with a track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in field sales and service-based selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
