Job Title: CRM Executive

**Job Type**: Permanent work from home

shift timing: 9am to 6pm

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Order Management Process, encompassing sales and customer service.
- Utilize the ERP system for sales management, accurate order invoicing, and customer
- account handling.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with the Plant Production Head for timely project execution and report updates
- to the Senior Leadership Team independently.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues and queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CRM technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related
- discipline.
- Proven experience in CRM management or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in handling CRM software.
- Independent charge of CRM with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, soft-spoken and articulate.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
