● Job Summary:

The Senior CRM QA Engineer will be responsible for leading Quality Assurance efforts for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems within the banking sector. This role involves developing comprehensive test strategies, designing and executing test plans, and ensuring the final product meets the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM platforms and a passion for mentoring junior team members.

● Key Responsibilities:

○ Lead and own the QA process for all CRM-related projects from planning to execution.

○ Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases, test plans, and other QA artifacts.

○ Execute manual and automated tests to identify, isolate, and track bugs.

○ Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and features.

○ Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior QA engineers.

○ Report on testing progress, coverage, and defect status to the project team.

○ Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹50, ₹110,000.00 per month
